Write about a time when you built a relationship with someone unexpectedly.
As i was finding a book in the nearest shopping mall library, I came acoss a novel that was written by my favourite author, Daren Shiau. My life had been lonely lately so I decided to take up reading as a hobby.
Suddenly, someone pushed me. I lost my balance and fell. Then, there was a guy beside me apologising profusely to me and I forgave him. Then, I looked up and stared at his friends. I noticed they were laughing at him. Probably his friends pushed him and accidentaly pushed me.
A few weeks later, during the long holiday, I met him again in an Internet Cafe. When I was at the counter, he was just behind me queueing up to play on any avaialble computer. In the end, we both got the computer next to each other. At first, I did not recognise him until he asked me whether I remembered him when we were sitting next to each other. We introduced ourselves and exchange handphone numbers. I finally knew his name, Jason.
As we were playing the same game, being a busybody, I looked at his computer and spotted his character name. I found him familiar and asked whether he is the guy I was thinking about. To my astonishment, he is the one. I told him my game character name and his jaw dropped.
From that day onwards, we communicated with each other almost everyday. He changed my world with a blink of an eye and it was something i cannot deny. He put my soul from worst to best and that was the reason why I treasured him as my dearest.
At last, he asked me to be his girlfriend and I agreed. We went out together frequently.Mostly playing in the Internet Cafe and the games arcade. Since it was a very long holiday, we got lots of free time to be spent. Although he plays alot, he studies too. Sometimes when we go out, we will carry our books along and study together.
Months past and our love for each other still blossom like a rose. W e shared out problems and school life. My school lfie improves because of him. I am no longer lonely like last time.
While we walking with each other at East Coast Park in the evening after we watched the beautiful sunset sank below the horizon, he asked me a question. He asked me for a break up and our relationship ended. I could not believe what he said and escapes from reality.
I ran towards the carpark to find a taxi home. Unfortuantely, he chased after me. I stood in the middle of the road just to find a taxi. He bellowed to me to watch out for the car behind as it wad speeding towards me. I ignored and thought it was just a joke. Then, I found a taxi while the car drew nearer to my direction.
Jason's voice thundered across the road and shouted, "Jane, move!". I still ignored him hen the next moment, I was being pushed aside. He was flung against the car's bonnet and with a loud thud, he landed on the road. With a screech, the errant driver took off.
I ran towards him and saw that his face was pale and smeared with blood. I apologise to him for ignoring. He murmured so softly to me that he did not really mean it to break my heart but he still love me. He need to migrate to somewhere far and he did not want me to be lonely without him around.
I hugged and whispered to his ear, "Iwish you would stay with me. Please, don`t go away....". Suddenly, his heart stopped beating. Tears welled up in my eyes as i felt my world collapse. I could noy accept the fact that he is gone forever.
Suddenly, a small notebook fell off from his pocket. I picked it up and flipped through the pages. It was a diary. I realisd it was a diary about me and him. As I read the last entry, I was touched. What he wrote is that, "You have left a mark in my heart that will never erase. You will aways be in my heart forever. I remember those summore days, we were having fun still sunset."
If I had listened to him, this thing would not happen. After I lost my precious Jason, my life changed drastically. Just like what I was before I met him. I did everything alone.
Few weeks later, I went back to the library to borrow some books. As I was finding the books, I saw some guys were laughing at their friend that was with a girl beside him. It makes me remember how I first met Jason. Only memories between the two of us are left.
